The board approves entering into an agreement with US OMNI and TSACG Compliance Services, Inc. for third party administrator services for the District 403(b), and any other related district sponsored retirement plans, effective January 1, 2025. Cost of these services is $2 per participant account per month, to be paid by the plan participant.
